In the year 2010 AKPDS started awareness campaign on cruelty and invited school to organize field trip to AKPDS shelter, Students were give fodder to feed 600 cows, cattle and pigeons.In the year 2011-2012 federation to protect Cows & Cattle knows as “Karnataka Gu Raksha Ayog” was started under Government of Karnataka two of our members were selected in the working committee. Panchagavya chikitsa was started in the year 2013 , led by Dr. Damodar Shetty and his team there is excellent results for diseases such Cancer , Heart, Diabetes, BP , Kidney , Arthritics, Bronchitis, Asthma and many other diseases .

AKPDS is also providing free medical treatment (Panchagavya Chikitsa), procured from alternative medicine with five elements from cow, and led by Gavyasiddha Dr Damodar Shetty and his team. Hundreds of patients have been treated for Cancer, Heart problems, Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Kidney failure, Arthritis and many other diseases. Members of our Association have been honoured by His Excellency Governor of Karnataka, and a Gold medal was bestowed on us by Smt. Maneka Gandhi, along with many other honours.
